Reflect on the words “they did not listen to Moses” (v.20) and “On the seventh day some of the people went out…” (v.27) How might their experiences in Egypt have led some of the Israelites to behave in this way?
What can I learn about God from His special instructions for the sixth day? What makes the Israelites’ disobedience even more ridiculous given what kind of God they had?
